Arema v Persiba 3-0
I never knew Peter Butler, Persiba's English coach who once played for West Ham, could speak Indonesian so well!
Emile Mbamba again stole the headlines as Arema moved second, on goal difference, behind leaders Persipura, on goal difference, finally extinguishing Persiba's brave fight.
Patricio Morales gave Arema the lead on 29 minutes. Mbamba got his first on 62 minutes heading a cross from the right.
Mbamba hit third right at the end and while the result was never in doubt the quality of his strike was immense. Leaning backwards, crunched up, Mbamba's right foot volley from 20 yards was as good as anything you're gonna see this season.
Not seen the crowd announced yet but the stadium was full.
