Selangor eye final

Today sees Selangor take on Perlis in the FA Cup semi final second leg at Shah Alam knowing that a 0-0 will be enough to see them into the Final next weekend. In the 1st leg played in Perlis a couple of weeks back Shazwan Zainol had given the home side a 1st minute lead only for Premnath Chandra to level on 34'.

Recent form hasn't been good for the Red Giants with just one win in their last four but they welcome back captain Amri Yahyah and Amirulhadi.

Tickets go on sale at 9 am today and cost 10 RM.

In the other semi final Negeri Sembilan host Kelantan at Tuanku Abdul Rahman Stadium in Paroi. Zaquan Adha's 7th minute effort was enough to piss off the home fans and give the side from the south a narrow lead to take into the 2nd leg.

Officials are expecting a 17,000 sell out crowd as Negeri Sembilan look to reach the final.

Selangor are looking for a record 5th triumph in the FA Cup, they last won in 2005 while Negeri Sembilan have only won once back in 2003.

Neither Perlis nor Kelantan have won the Cup but Perlis have been runners up on three occassions
